If you choose to use pads instead, or if you'll only feel more comfortable doing so, wearing shorts is perfectly acceptable through your period.

Being naked may also be amazingly relaxing. The feeling of atmosphere, sunshine and water on skin is a terrific stress reliever. Most folks understand this, of course. The additional feeling of independence though can be quite big indeed.

Many naturists engage in sporting and other leisure activities. These can clearly possess a positive health benefit, provided you don't overdo it!

IT CAN'T BE HEALTHY FOR KIDS THOUGH, ABSOLUTELY.
